I'm Jordan. I run Jordan B Consulting out of Aberdeen, by way of Texas. I've spent 12+ years in operations in US Healthcare, US construction, and UK construction and manufacturing. Different industries, but same problem ever time: The biusiness runs because four people kjnow how it works and nodoby ever wrote it down.

That's fine until one of them is on holdiay, leaves, or your double in size.

I fix that. There's a specific satisfaction in watching a founder stop being the bottleneck in their own company, when the thing that used to take three emails and a phone call just happens without them.
